Janey Holliday is a motivational speaker, mindset coach and personal trainer with 17 years experience. She founded Fit for a Princess outdoor bootcamps in London in 2003 and then set up JaneyHolliday.com - providing online food, fitness and lifestyle programs for busy women. The ‘woman who changes women’s lives’ is a busy single Mum of three and believes anything is possible with simple, practical strategies, clever mindset switches and bags of enthusiasm!
Sarah Honey Lawson Health Coach & Personal Trainer
Sarah Honey Lawson is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Level 3 Pilates & Personal Trainer, and ex-Army Captain. She created The Army Girl's Guide to empower women to reach their full potential through knowledge, hard work and determination. With guidance through positive daily action, rebuilding habits and education on what healthy really means, Sarah is reshaping the fitness industry for the better.
Gill Harvey-Bush Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Gill Harvey Bush is a psychologist, master practitioner of NLP and performance coach. She famously cured Whoopi Goldberg of her fear of flying and can frequently be heard on the radio, seen in the media and has appeared on TV shows worldwide. She coaches many celebrities and high profile clients 1:1 and specialises in emotional eating, anxiety, and stress management.
